Tenant Destroys Landlord's Property After Being Issued A Quit Notice:

A Nigerian lady has shared photos of the state of their property after issuing a quit notice to a tenant who defaulted on his rent.

@MTinuoye said they've been asked to leave the case to God as the tenant who destroyed a lot of things in the house keeps bribing his way out every government institution he is reported to.
