The Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mallam Muhammad Bello has banned begging, street hawking, cattle grazing and commercial motorcycles (Okada) from operating within the state.
This was decided after a meeting on Monday. During the meeting, Bello condemned the illegal use of uncompleted buildings by criminals, homeless people, and miscreants and warned that owners of such property will be held responsible if these individuals commit any crime while staying in their property..
